We accept the following forms of payment:

Bank transfer / Western Union

We use Thailand international postal parcel service for all international shipments.

Shipping time around 7-14 days. 

If you cannot find your shipping rates please contact us

• Thai Post services calculate their rates based on weight of your order. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when the destination is selected. 
• Tracking is available on Thai Post website. You can check the Tracking Number on “Tracking order” menu within 4 working days after you have reported payment. http://track.thailandpost.co.th/tracking/default.aspx
  
• we suggest you have goods delivered to a work address rather than a home address, and may require a signature on receipt. 
• Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. 

Click on "Tracking Order" at the footer of the page or log in your JACKYJAMIE account to check on that status of your order.

If you need to cancel your order once it has been submitted please contact us at jackyjamie@gmail.com

We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been received for processing. 

If you wish to add items to your order, you will have to place a separate order and pay another postal charge on this order.

We have checked quality of all products before shipping. However if you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please contact us within 3 days from the received date.

We will gladly send out a replacement of the your purchased item(s), at no cost.
